Hi everyone! I’ve been working out with FB for a few years and I’ve loved it, but I want to finally try out one of their plans. I’m unsure of where to start, so I was hoping I could ask for some advice. I typically work out about 5 days a week, maybe 40-60 minutes or so each workout. I love strength training and HIIT. I wouldn’t mind losing a little bit of fat, and I’d like to get stronger, too. Any recommendations or advice? Thanks!
