Video (& Program) request: for elderly beginners..

I recently tried working out to some Fitness Blender videos with my parents (50+ years old). Prior to this, they did mild exercises - walking and some stretching, regularly; they're not very flexible and are not used to dynamic workouts.

As much as they enjoyed learning new exercises, it took a lot of time for them to learn the compound exercises that involve various muscle groups and need to be done in sync.

It'd be great to have some resources for old people as well that are low impact and require less cognitive effort (this could also just be a filter on the workout videos screen).

If anyone here can recommend any such videos, I'd be really grateful as that will certainly help us a lot! Thanks!
