HITT/Cardio mixed with Strength

A friend of mine has been doing Orangetheoryfitness and swears by it. The other day, my FB workout was somewhat similar, "FB Strong and Lean Day 4". Upper body strength workouts interspersed with Cardio. I really enjoy this format, as opposed to doing 10-15 minutes of HITT, followed by a strength routine.

Does anyone know of other FB videos that follow this pattern?
