Getting back at it

Hey! I didn't do much this summer but now I want to get back in the game. The problem is: I'm a total dumbass when I start something new so I throw myself in completely, meaning that I usually get burned after 2 weeks. Are there any workout programs that start gradually and finish strong the 4th week, easing the transition to more serious workouts?
