5 DAY CHALLENGE ~~ OVER THE HUMP ~~ DAY 4

Good morning FB family!! How are you feeling this morning? Refreshed, proud of yourselves for making it this far in the 5 day challenge? I certainly hope so! I am proud of all of you, and a big THANK YOU for your encouragement in earning our #5daychallengecomplete soon!

Today's workout focuses on upper body and cardio with a much-needed yoga stretch to follow! I don't know about you, but I was feeling super sore when starting yesterday's HIIT & Abs workout. By the end, all that HIIT Cardio loosened me up quite a bit so the soreness and stiffness is much better!
