Looking for a program!

Hey everyone!! I’ve been using fitnessblender for a few years now, but haven’t ever actually tried a workout program. With my recent move to Australia, I can’t actually afford the high price of gym memberships, so (knowing FB is amazing), i deciddd to go ahead and choose a program. i have ordered adjustable dumbbells, but i live on the top floor and want something with as little HIIT or jumping as possible (floors are thin and in an old building).

I’ve been doing weight training +cardio 5xs a week for 2 years now - i love weight training. Does anyone have any suggestions?!
