Hi Everyone! So basically I am looking to tone up and lose a little belly flab around my stomach and thighs. I weigh about 9 stone and am 5ft 6". I wouldn't say that I'm out of shape but I need some advice on how to achieve my goals. I want to start a new plan with eating and exercise but I was wondering if anybody has any advice on these? I am a pescatarian so I only eat fish and veggie meals. My main aim is to tone my stomach up and focus on overall strength, fitness & health. I mainly struggle with eating the right things for gaining muscle. And just lately I have been really struggling with motivating myself to work out and eat well. I have included an image of my current physique just to show what areas I want to improve :) literally any advice would be really appreciated, thank you! xx
