FB Burn

I'm hoping someone can help. I've done several rounds of Strong to great success and am just about done with Blend. Before using any of the programs I freelanced and made up my own workouts, so I'm well accustomed to the videos and fit.

I've been thinking of getting Burn, but I was just wondering how much HITT there actually is. I'm not a fan of doing more HITT than is necessary and for me that's one or two sessions a week, preferably no longer than 10 minutes, but I'm up for more if it's not too extensive. I also enjoy the workouts where HITT is interspersed throughout. Can anyone tell me what the approximate ratio is of HITT to strength, f.e.? Thanks in advance!
