STRONG & LEAN HOMIES! DAY 2

YEEESSS SO HAPPY TO SEE ALL OF YOU EARN YOUR #WORKOUTCOMPLETE YESTERDAY!!

Today is Day 2. Don't know about you, but man my booty is hurting so good! It's been a long time since I've completed an entire hour workout and it reminded me to pace myself - slow and steady wins the race!

It's an upper body day so we can give our legs a break, and I know a few of you (AHEM KIM) love working out those biceps and triceps so here we go :)
