Is FB Strong safe for a weak pelvic floor? Any exercises to avoid?

I originally purchased FB30 but was unhappy to find that my pelvic floor is in worse shape than I thought after two babies, the jumping is not for me. Now I am going to try FB Strong and wondered if anyone else is in my position has done it and has any advice. I know a lot of online advice says no weights and no jumping for a weak pelvic floor but I am not interested in yet more walking and yoga, I want to sweat and feel strong and fit! My youngest is 2.5 years old so I am overdue to get back on track. (... yes I should probably see a physio too but I did once after my first baby and apart from 'do kegals' she was of no help + they are so very expensive where I live).
