hip replacement

I have recently undergone my second hip replacement,I am 6 weeks post now and I am really wanting to get back into my fitness.Before I had my second hip done i was at the gym 5 times a week,so I really miss not being able to do any exercise.I have recently moved as well so I am unable to join a gym where I am,can somebody please advise me as to what I can start to do!
