Finished My First Workout Program

Hi everybody! Yesterday I finished my first round of FB Burn (the first one) and it was absolutely amazing. I love how all the videos are preset for you with different types of exercises everyday. It really taught me how to cut down my workout time a little bit more; before, I tried to aim for an hour to just over an hour of exercise but the videos in the program were about 35-55 minutes long and just as challenging and tiring. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to try it! I'd like to know from all of you what was your favorite workout program was (if you've ever tried one) and tell me about it so I can try it next!! :)
