Intimidated by fb fit rd2

Hi! I purchased fb fit rd 2 when they had the sale. Looking at the workouts I'm a little intimidated! I always do extra credits but that makes the workouts really long! I'm not new to exercise and I've done strong twice, burn twice, and sweat always doing extra credits. Did anyone see good results not doing the extra credits on fit2? I know they're optional but I have had great results doing them in previous programs! Also, did you up your daily calories because of the longer workouts? I truly appreciate any input!
