Suggestion for new programme

Hi guys FB is great, Bodyweight cardio, functional fitness are the best and other than the initial outlay fo the powerblock under 32, cost free. Just a quick suggestion, we have the bodyweight programme, I used when I was on holiday last time. How about when your on your travels programme, 2-4 week 3 times a week with extra credit options/rest day options over five days. No equipment would be the key. Sadly I miss my dumbbells when away and w ant to get a good workout in without too much High impact and noisy stuff.
