Ladies, do the workouts make your legs bulgy?! Help!

Guys,

So I've just started to get back on track with my workouts after sometime. I recently read that doing squats, lunges, or burpees will actually make the leg muscles bulgy. While going through Kelli and Daniel's videos, I realized that there seem to A LOT of varieties of squats and lunges. Will this make my legs bulgy? As a girl, I just want lean and toned legs.
