Day One Starts Today!

Hello Everyone!

I am so excited to start with FB again! I used FB a few years ago and it really helped me feel confident and strong! I was able to train and started running half marathons and a full marathon. Unfortunately I completely fell off the wagon with nursing school and getting in a pretty bad car wreck. I am hoping to get back into good health and happiness.

I loaded my FB calendar with the workouts I plan on doing for the first month.

Mondays: Core

Tuesday: HIIT (All over body)

Wednesday: Leg Day

Thursday: Upper Body

Friday: Easy Yoga/Streching

I also hope to get in some running

What do you guys think? Also, any tips on a good transition into eating healthier? I welcome any input and thank you in advance!

I'm excited for anyone else starting up or starting again! We can do this!! :)
