FB30 or bored easily?

I like the idea of sticking to the 8-week length of FB30 but am definitely someone who appreciates less repeat exercises I’ve done in a couple of the Bored Easily videos, so I’m trying to decide between those two programs.

I am ready completed the body weight 4-week program and I’m coming off a knee injury so I’m also looking for moves with less opportunity for knee injury or pain.

My goal is to supplement regular walking, biking, and yoga with strength, toning and HIIT to lose weight, increase strength and generally feel more fit.

Any advice?
