FB 30 + FB Reach

FB 30 + FB Reach- Day 1, #workoutcomplete !!

I completed the 5-day challenge for busy people and the 3 day flexibility challenge together last week in-between programs and really enjoyed the combo. That got me thinking... I knew I was going to start FB 30 today, but I decided to pair it with FB Reach!

Has anyone else done this combination?

I am thinking I will complete the FB 30 workouts in the morning before school (I’m a teacher) and I’ll do the FB Reach workouts in the evening as a way to de-stress and add a bit more toning. The FB 30 is going to be my “primary” program and I’ll be more loose with Reach if I don’t have time to complete both in a day. Anyone have thoughts on this combo?
