Recommendations after FB30 Low Impact

Hi everyone.

I am addicted to this platform and I don't think I have ever felt this good. But now I need some advice on what to pick next and solving some pain points.

So my major goals are to loose weight and fix my core.

I lost 6lbs in my first round and half way through round 2 now.

Last weigh in (2 weeks ago) I was down to 241.8lbs but my core is still a huge issue.

When trying to do certain things like leg lifts on my legs I shake and wobble like crazy and have a majorly hard time. I assume this is due to a bad core which explains balance wobble too.

So when I feel I'm ready what would be my next best program for core, weight loss and all around flexibility and toneing.

Trying to fix my body, loose weight an avoid the excess skin that comes with weight loss. Due to a bad core (and through my parents) I am prone to hernias so fixing my core will prevent more and help protect the one I have.
