Excuse me for my English, I'm Dutch. What an amazing website is this! I'm working towards my first soccer session in the new season. Full of motivation started today with the session Sports Endurance Workout - Stamina, Speed, and Agility Workout. However, I was quite dissapointed in myself. I have exercise-induced-astma, but I thought, a 3-star workout would work. However, I was simply out of breath and couldn't do the excersises in the way I wanted. How do you recommend to start? I'm willing to do everything in order to try to get fit, if I have tot train everyday it's allright. Thanks in advance for the tips!
