Hi Blenders! I’ve been around for a long time but I need help for a dear friend of mine who is looking to lose some weight and get back into exercise after a few years. I suggested level 2 or maybe 3, low impact, Pilates. Could you guys help and let me know some of your workouts for beginners. Also, maybe Low Impact program or maybe even just the stretching one? I want to help her. It would be easy to pick too hard of workouts and then give up so I am hoping to each her in to it. Thanks and have a great day!
