Is it ok to start same programme straight away?

Hi,

So I have a week left of the FBabs programme, and I want to pretty much start it again once I finished. I’ll probably give it a weeks break and do other workouts in that space but then start it back up again as I’m starting to see a bit of change and want to continue!

Is it okay to start it again this soon?
