3 months after C-section, 1000kcal workout

Hi FbFamily! I've told a little about my plans to return my workouts here: (https://www.fitnessblender.com/community/discussion/7055/come-back-plan-after-c-section)

I'm currently at day 1 of week 3 of FbStrong (I start my weeks on Thursdays). But today, instead of the total body strenght that was on the calendar, I did this 1000 kcal workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/1000-calorie-workout-for-4-million-subscribers-at-home-workout-to-burn-1000-calories

And I did the High Impact version of almost all the exercises (except squat jacks and mountain climbers).

It is the first time I did star jumps, jumping lunges and many others exercises. And it's the frist time I did some more intensive-long HIIT,

I'm feeling REALLY happy because I was able to, and it feels SO good to be able to do the hard stuff again. I'm very very happy that I came back slowly and increase my dificulty week by week. It paid off, to be able to do everything, and not hurt myself and all...

I still have 6kg that I want to loose (tho I only gain 9 in my pregnancy). It didn't help that I gain 2kg from the day 15 to now, and only loose 4kg of the 9 I've gainned.

Long history short, it's been very hard to loose weight, even breastfeeding all day long, being active, not eating ANY crap and exercising. I think it is because of lack of sleep, stress, a new routine and because breastfeeding makes me really hungry!

But now I'm addapting and start to loose again, Yay! It has not beeing easy at all, but I'm hopeful!
