Come back plan after C-section

So, I'm back to workout after my c-section (17 may).

So I was without working out from may 16 to july 02.

I'm gettong back slowly (because of the time out and also because the doctor only allowed more intense workouts after 2 months - july 17).

So, as I shared many of my workouts during pregnancy, I wanna share my come back calendar :)

Week 1 - 4 days of low impact FB's cardio (one each day)

Week 2 and 3 - 6 days of 20 min walking exercise (Jessica Smith tv) + 10 min FB's strenght (alternating upper and lower body)

Weeks 4 to 7: FbStrong

Weeks 8 to 11: FbBurn round 2

Weeks 12 to 15: FbAbs round 2

Also, I changed the core intensive days in ths Strong and Burn program for cardio. I'm gonna start the core intensive workouts in the FBAbs programm, I feel safer to wait a little more to that.

The Picture was taken 7 days after the birth (may 24), I'll take another one aug 24. :)
