heavy or light weight ???

Hi everyone,

I know this question is very populer and boring. But I 'm checking youtube and I saw some trainers. They have some workout videos. They are using 3-5 kg and doing movements very fastly. For example side lunge with ventral raises or lunge with biceps curl. They are saying strenght training for these videos but they are not for my opinion. They said these videos for lean muscle not bulky. But when ı work with FB ı'm chosing my heaviest weight and feeling more. If I want lean and fit body and lose 1-2 kg , what is best for me ???? I also do cardio 2-3 times in a week.
