need some help!

i just started doing fitness blender workouts again after a few weeks i got a little lazy during the summer :( i'm trying to put together a good workout routine i can start doing every day again but not sure how many videos i should do. i want some butt,abs,thigh and flexibility along with cardio but i don't want to overdo it. i just did 4 workouts today and not really sure how many i should do to be seeing steady improvements? any advice welcomed :)
