Break Between Programs??

I am about to complete my first 8 Week Program - FB Fit! Excited to see the results of the PFT and the measurements. Not so much the scale because it really hasn't move since I started this journey. It took me 11 weeks to complete the 8 week program because you know, life gets in the way sometimes.

So as I finish this week strong, what do you do - Go straight into the next program (I have FB Fit Round 2 on the ready) or do you take a week off and jump back in?
