Workout programs - minimize actions that hurt wrist

Hi! I'm looking for suggestions of workout programs that would require the fewest 'substitutions' for wrist pain. Basically, I have wrist pain in a tendon - I cannot do pushups, high planks or anything that requires weight on my wrist. I also can't twist my wrist (like opening a jar) but I don't think that comes into play as much in the routines. I've been subbing out whenever we get to burpees, pushups, mountain climbers, etc, on individual workouts. I was about to purchase a longer workout program, but was hoping for some suggestions of which ones to avoid/pick so that I am not subbing out every other action! Preference for anything cardio.
