EVENING WORKOUTS?

Hello Blenders. Hope you are all doing well. I wanted to know what your experiences with evening workouts have been. I was going to start one of the free 5 day challenges but when I looked at the length of the workout, started to wonder if it was a good idea at 9pm? Would it effect my sleep? What do you guys think? For today though I will be opting out of Day 1 obviously wanting to get your opinions. Will do a low impact for now. Thanks in advance. Keep smiling and keep pushing yourselves!
