Just starting out!!

Hello all!!

Im just after a bit of advice really. Ive done the odd FB workout before, but I've never stuck to anything. I run when I can (not regularly at the mo with it being school holidays). I seem to lose my head easily.

I'm just wondering what is the best workouts to do. Mainly to strengthen and tone rather than lose weight. Is it best to do one workout or mix a few within a week?
