I own about 5 or so programs right now - and I've never completely finished any of them. I decided right now, while I'm motivated and feeling very good from my workouts the last 2 weeks, I'd tackle the shortest workout plan I own.

2 weeks!

I can do 2 weeks.

For the next 2 weeks, I'm not tracking steps. I'm not weighing myself. I'm just going to eat well and workout and be happy about the things my body can do.

So here's to day 1, HIIT and Strength.
