Rest Days

Most of the FB programs are 5 to 6 days a week. I am able to fit 5 days a week into my schedule but not consecutively. My schedule best allows me to workout for 3 days, then 1 day of rest, workout for 2 days, and then 1 day rest. Can I still get the most out of the workout programs by doing it this way? I am finishing up FB30 Round 3. It has been AWESOME! I feel so much better.
