A Weird Sort of Soreness

Hi, everyone!

As I’m rounding into the last two days of FB Burn, I am noticing that the bottom part of my quads, just above the knees, on both legs have remained sore for the last 4-5 days. I experience discomfort when squatting and lunging, and also when I get up from a kneeling position. I took a rest day yesterday and still feel the soreness today. Is this normal?
