Best workout program for quickest fat loss

Hello everyone!

I've got an important event coming up in exactly 30 days, and I'd like to lean out for a little before then. Which is the best workout program for the quickest fat loss? I understand that nutrition is key, but my body usually responds well to a combination of diet and exercise.
