being good at hiit

hi everyone,

I'm not good about hiit workout . I feel not breathing when ı'm doing it. How can I start ? I do strenght training with hiit but I can do 25 jump squat then ı feel very tired. When I'm watching video I shocked . They are speaking when doing hiit :) Can I be better with time ? Because I know , hiit is very important to burn fat.
