Small non-scale milestone

A small milestone, I was doing a work out from the FB abs program and I did pike push ups for real, not the "easier version".

It sounds ridiculous but the 1st time I tried it, I almost knocked my head on the floor trying to do it. I switched to the easy version and after 2 attempts, I decided to do a plank because it was too pathetic.

Today, I did the entire pike push-up exercise with Daniel (mine were less elegant). I have completed FBflex and even though I still have jello-looking arms, I must have toned somehow.

Anyway, I have to share it with someone and my husband will not really be very wowed by my milestone, neither will be my 5-year old (and it's late so I don't think I would qualified as a good Mom if I would wake her up to tell her my milestone). Thanks Fitness Blender!!
