Body weight vs weights

I am halfway through my FBlend and I'm LOVING it. I love everything about it!! However, I don't have heavier dumbbells...I'm using the biggest I have (12lb), but some workouts are so easy because 12 lbs isn't challenging enough. What is the difference in toning results if I did the bodyweight program instead of a program that uses weights I don't have?
