FB Booty - Leg slimming?

Hi everyone! I have a question for you all. After months of changing my diet and working out, I've finally achieved a weight that I feel comfortable with. However, I still have somewhat chubby legs and that's what I'd like to tackle now. I purchased the FB Booty round #1 program, but I'm not sure if this is right for me considering my goal to slim down my legs. I was reading an article on the subject where they advice to "avoid exercises such as squats, lunges, leg curls, stiff-legged deadlifts, leg extensions and calf raises"; they also recommend to stay away from lifting weights. Is this bs advice? Will the exercises on FB Booty make my legs become more muscular and big or can this program help me achieve my goals?

I would really appreciate your insights on this, if anyone has done this program, where you able to slim down your legs?
