FB Fit Round 2 PROGRAM COMPLETE! Results!

I completed the FB Fit Round 2 program today and I am so proud of myself! It took me just under 10 weekend to complete this 8-week program due to a few vacations and camping. I always plan 10-weeks for an 8-week program and 5-weeks for a 4-week program because.. well.. life!

Anyway, this was a very comprehensive program that evenly works all parts of your body. I am very pleased with the results I’ve seen and plan to complete this program every summer break (I’m a teacher) see below for my results:

August 7- after FB Fit Round 2 (1st number in parenthesis is progress since start of this program, 2nd number is progress since I started working out with Fitness Blender in March 17- 4 1/2 months ago)

Weight: 183.8 (-6.4 lbs since start of this program, -15.2 since I started working out with FB 4 1/2 months ago)

Mile: 9:58 (-1 second, -2:29 total)

Half push-ups (from knees): 30 (+4, +24 total)

Squats (butt to living room windowsill): 105 (+30, +64 total)

Plank (full on toes/elbows): 1:05 (-15 sec, +25 seconds total)

Reach to toes: +3” (+1”, +5” total)
