Been a little stressed out the past few days, so kickboxing is very much appreciated!

I'm very much looking forward to seeing more posts all throughout the week--I hope you guys can all join in (no worries if you can't! This isn't meant to stress anybody out, or put any unnecessary pressure on anyone! It's just for fun! So join in if you can, with whatever workout works best for you---doesn't have to be a 1000 Calorie Workout if you aren't comfortable with it!). I think the majority of us are planning on getting it done this weekend, Friday (August 10) to Sunday (August 12), but if another time works better for you, then that's great too!

I just want to thank you all for coming together to do this workout! You guys are really awesome, and I love these group activities that we have! It makes working out even more fun and enjoyable (for me, at least)! So thank you, to each and every one of you, for everything!

I'm thinking that I have no idea yet! A lot of help I am, I know lol. I'm open to suggestions and new recipes if you feel like sharing!
