which workout plan is UsefuL 4 Beginners ?

Can someone tell me if there is a beginners routine? There are so many videos to choose from that I don’t know where to begin.

3 months Starts with Running 35 min in Day

High : 167 Cm

weight : 70 killograms ( lose 10 killograms in 2/3 months)

Age : 30 Male

in 6 days a week ( 1 day REst) how many programs i chose and change and try in week ?

give me a plan and guide me me workout for 6 Days mates or at least 1 months.

i dont khow which plan starst to GO !
