Strong or booty?

Hey guys!

Im thinking about buying a program bit I have a bit of a dilema.

I find it the most hard for me ti tone and see results in my lower body. My abs and upper body tone pretty quickly, and my goal is to mainly lose body fat and tone my lower body, since I feel my body is out of proportion (I have a narrow waist with pretty wide hips and a booty).

On one hand I think strong is getting more for my money, and can give me tge results that I want, but I also thought that maybe a lower body focused program will be better for me? (I am currantly using fb free workouts, training legs 3× a week, upper body×2, with some abs)
