Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Blenders!

How are you all doing today?

It's another busy morning here, which I don't mind usually; except for the fact that I didn't get my first cup of coffee until 9 AM this morning. Lack of coffee makes for a very Crabby Kim. But I got it now, so I guess everyone is safe for now lol.

So Blenders, are you working out today or are you resting?

I haven't done this one in a while, but I really like the HIIT exercises in the beginning (which is saying a lot lol), and all the strength exercises at the end. It's a very challenging workout!

And here's another reminder about our 1000 Calorie Workout Party: It is aimed at being next weekend (August 10-12), but if that doesn't work for you, please feel free to find another time (or even split it up over the course of several days if you want) that works for you so that you can join us!
