How you started your WO?

I have few questions: How you started your fitness journey? I have 3 programs and still didnt stick to any of them. Its simply hard for me to start.I start and then after few days I give up and continue with bad habits (food etc.). I need advices from all of you.. How much did u need to loose about 5 kg,and how much did u need to love to workout? I am so angry on me,and so sad :(
