Update on FB Low Impact

Back by popular demand (well by some demand) - an update from #AndrewComplete on my FB Low Impact progress.

Sooooo...as you might imagine, when someone doesn’t post their progress updates as regularly as they once did, there might be something amiss.

Ahem...well...I am 2 weeks behind on FB Low Impact. Ugh!

I have been working out, but I’ve (for some reason) been getting distracted. I’ve been doing a lot of yoga with my wife, I’ve been spending a lot of time outdoors (even in the blistering heat), and I’ve done a bunch of random FB workouts that just seemed fun and I wanted to try.

So, first question - has this happened to any of you?

It’s not that I was bored with FB Low Impact or I wasn’t enjoying it...I just literally got distracted.

Oh, wow - that’s a cool looking video!

Hmmm - I’d love be to try that workout!

Sure, wife, let’s do a yoga routine together!

Ugh, the grass is sooo long, I really better cut it today!

Does any of this sound familiar?

Any suggestions for picking a Workout Program and sticking with it?
