Nervous... FB 30 after FB Fit Round 2??

Hi there!

I wanted to ask opinions of fellow blenders: Will I lose a lot of ground (fitness progress) by following FB Fit R2 with FB 30?

I am a middle school teacher and we go back to school in a few weeks. I have worked very hard since March in becoming stronger and more fit. I completed the Low Impact program, then Sweat, and this summer I’ve been doing Fit Round 2 (which I finish next week!). I’m pretty much kicking butt and have lost 13 pounds and 4” from my waist.

My plan is to start FB 30 after I finish Fit because it will fit better into my much more chaotic school year schedule and also allow me to stay consistent with my workout routine. My concern is that FB 30 might be too short/easy compared to Fit. I have come so far... I’d really hate to lose momentum!!

I own the Abs R2 program as well as Bored Easily and I have not completed either of them. Would one of these be better? Am I overthinking this??

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
