Short chest workout 6 times a week

Hey what's up!

I have been doing the Killer at home chest workout without weights for about 2 weeks now (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/killer-at-home-chest-workout-chest-workout-without-weights), 6 times a week. However, I have been hearing a lot of mixed opinions about this. Often people tell me you should give muscle groups rest and therefore can not train the chest more than 3 times a week. At the same time, this is not a 1 hour workout, but just a 15 minute one (I'm doing sets of 20 in stead of 30 seconds, so it might be 15/20 minutes). After each day I do feel my muscles slightly, but not like real muscle strain. I do feel like I'm progressing!

I also train other body parts, but not like this, 6 times a week.

Any advise? Thanks!
