Adaptations for injuries?

I love doing my FB workouts, and I'm trying to lose some weight and get into great shape so I can pursue my favourite things: skiing, hiking, climbing...all requiring a high level of fitness.

Problem being, after injuring my wrist (rollerblading, embarrassingly) I am having a hard time finding fitness programs (especially HIIT and cardio) that do not involve a lot of wrist use. Of course, I can make adaptations, but it is frustrating to have to go through every video every time and make multiple adaptations that most likely do not give me half as good a workout!

Are there other people coming across this issue? What do you do about it? I'd love to find some full workout sessions that still gave me a good full body workout without the hard wrist use.

Any ideas?
