Mixing #FBXT with #FBreach

I have just purchased the FBXT 8 week program - I have a pretty good base fitness and I will most likely run on the off days - & will of course have a rest day or two. Has anyone combined this program with FBReach? I really want to work on my flexibility and improve my yoga & pilates ability but wanted to understand if it is okay to combine. The FB XT is 3 days a week & FB Reach is 5 so would need to combine on a couple. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Whilst I feel pretty fit I don't want to over train...
