suggestions re workout program please

Hi

I'm new to FB - I've tried a few of their online workout programs and like them but due to a bad knee, I've mostly been walking, hulahooping (well, powerhooping) and a bit of strength training. Saying that, I would like to tone up a bit more and possibly lose 10 kg....and am thinking about buying a FB program. 30 mins a day works well...I work strange hours (hospital) and working out 5 days a week is sometimes difficult if I want to avoid waking up at 4 am. I'm considering FB30- but does it have a lot of HITT (my knee)? Or can someone suggest something more appropriate for a 52 year old woman? Thanks. Michele
